He was available to help at all times and whenever I had an issue with our rental car,he took great trouble to assist me and my family.

excellent service

I been renting from avis from past 3 months.Im really impressed with their customer service.what impresses me most is their customer service.they actually live upto their caption 'we try harder'.they really do to keep each one of their customers satisfied and happy.I would definitely recommend AVIS to each one of you.

Customer Service

I was picked up within 8 minutes of my call to avis.Car was clean and driver helped me with the directions.Very professional and customer friendly.

These guys are excellent!!!!

I had a car accident over the weekend and didn't have collision coverage since it was an older car I had. So I was pretty hassled in trying to take care of things, and last thing on my mind was haggling over car rentals etc.

I chanced upon this agency by chance since I live in the San Ramon area. I have never had better service from a car rental agency. These guys picked me up, dropped me off, gave me a upgrade, lowered my rental price all without me asking for anything. John was extremely courtious and very helpful. The car was almost brand new.

I will highly recommend these folks to anyone and everyone. I think they are following the "provide excellent service and reap the rewards" model, and I commend them for it.
Great job guys. I'll be a customer for life.

San Ramon Car Rental

Customer service is exceptional,clean cars with low mileage.I had called to request them to wait after business hours as I was struck in traffic and they waited for 1 hour and rented me the car that saved my long scheduled vacation.

Lowest Rates

I have rented from Avis of San Ramon in the past 5 months more than 10 times.The rates I have quoted was exceptionally lower and the service to pickup and drop off was great.Friendly customer service.Hats off AVIS!

Much more than a rent service

i am travelling all over the world, a lot in europe but also in north america, canada and asia area ! and need all over the world a car too. But i have never seen such a great customer services somewhere else.

I think we should find a new word for that instead of customer service.

we got a car for about 3 weeks and we was all arounded supported under this very freindly managment and his wonderfull team.

Try to contact him when you are in the near, even from san francisco or oaklnad airport.... he can fullfill almost all your wishes ...something like santa claus for 3 years kids. :)
